Meditation at CTP
CTP residents and visitors often sit in silence, resting the mind on the breath, or using another silent meditation technique.
Please join us for morning meditation 7am weekdays, 8am weekends. Sitting lasts between 20-30 minutes followed by a few minutes of mantra. Feel free to bring your own cushions or use any of CTP's cushions, stools, or chairs for your perferred practice.
