At CTP, a 4500 square-foot annual and 1000 square-foot perennial gardens are maintained to feed residents and provide food for programs. CTP's 2-acre plot is also being developed in accordance with the principles and practices of organic permaculture gardening, a method that models natural systems, respects the wisdom of the earth, and honors the health and wellness of every part of the working landscape.

Food preparation and eating meals together is central to our mission. We recognize the value and importance of caring for our food from seed to table and work to maintain the nutrient density and vitality throughout the entire cycle. We strive to harvest and create meals that nourish the whole person.
